Is PiggyLearn a real bank?

No, PiggyLearn is a financial education simulation that teaches kids about money concepts. No real money is involved. All virtual coins and activities are for learning purposes only.

How do I add my child to our Piggy Vault?

Go to your Vault Overview → Vault Members → "Add Child Member". You can create a simple family code and PIN for your child to log in without needing an email address.

How do I set up automatic allowances?

From your Vault Overview → "Scheduled Payments" → "+ New Payment". You can set up weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly recurring coin gifts to your children's pockets.

What's included in Premium?

Premium includes: up to 10 family members (vs 2 free), Growth Locks with predetermined earnings, advanced scheduled payments, and priority support.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Go to Settings → Subscription on your device to manage or cancel.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently remove your account and all associated data. If you're a vault owner, the vault will be transferred or deleted.

Is my data safe?

Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. We don't sell your data, and you can delete your account at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
